Feeling so disassociated tonight,
Feeling like I could just let my mind ‘float away’.
Maybe the first step,
In contacting the present moment,
Is to notice my experience inside of my body.
Perhaps contact with my internal being,
Helps me to become a little more grounded.
And then, noticing these sensations with curiosity,
Will allow me to expand my awareness to learning.
Or just stay in my body for the rest of the evening,
And let the chips fall where they may.
