My health goal is: lose weight and strengthen my heart muscle, become more flexible and correct my posture, reduce medications to 0 mg safely.

My financial goal is: monetise all the writing that I have been doing (while in dialogue with my friend) and build a care/support co-op – register as an NDIS company, build a shop so people can buy items with my designs

My relationship goal is: connect with Turtle face to face or on the phone, plan a trip guided by Astro in six months time, reconnect with the tech crowd on the coast and have fun with them there

My career goal is: psychology/support/care work, writing, light art, project management, DJ/selector, nutrition

My home life/hobbies goal: have friends over for tea, drinks, dinner, dessert, spend more time with my friends and go out to see theatre, movies, music, art

My spiritual/highest purpose goal: come together with the person they told me about when I got my first operation in hospital, spend time in nature with the birds, learn about Country from First Nations people and listen to their stories, go to the far south coast and sit by the water and let the nature wash my soul clean.

Other area of my life goal: support my family and friends to become happy, wealthy and well, to the best of my capacity. Be well. Spend time with animals.
