It feels like a waste.
I had to write an email for clarification because I got literally nothing out of it. Cost me an extra $100.

My doctor said when she was writing a potential referral to someone else ‘it is your money’.
He gouges me at every opportunity and I feel no better equipped to deal with this illness now.
Going back up on my medication was my idea.
I am starting to hate him.
There is no help. Or that is what it feels like.
