what is your burden to bear?

Maybe we ‘all have something’. I mean something that challenges us so much and makes life incredibly difficult.

I was thinking about my friend Starfish and her world. She certainly has a challenging situation in hers. . . And yet she is the kindest person I have ever met.

My friend Mistress Mostest and her horrible autoimmune disease . . . it is the saddest situation where someone who is that kind and brings joy to so many people could have something that constantly threatens to bring her down. It sucks.

I have this mental illness, and it makes life incredibly unpredictable and precarious. That would be my burden to bear.

Perhaps the people who seemingly have peaceful, happy and healthy lives have something too, or perhaps they will have something that challenges them in the future.

Maybe it is all just part of being human.
